Cgrain Value Pro
The Cgrain Value Pro captures one image per kernel and uses advanced image analysis to detect details beyond the human eye’s capabilities. The instrument performs a thorough visual inspection, identifying impurities, weeds, and various kernel defects. It simultaneously provides physical measurements such as coulor and size of each kernel, and thousand kernel weight (TKW).
The instrument’s high accuracy is achieved through its innovative mirror design that captures more than 90% of each kernel with only one image per kernel.
The Cgrain Value Pro is highly customizable, can handle sample sizes up to 500 grams, and is user-friendly.

Cgrain Value Sorter
With the Cgrain Value Sorter it's possible to analyze and measure everything the Cgrain Value Pro can do, but also sort the kernels. The instrument enables you to sort out different defects, impurities, or kernels with specific physical attributes. All according to your needs. The sample can be sorted into different sizes of containers or bags.
The instrument can be used on all small grains such as wheat, barley, durum, rye, oats, rice, sorghum etc.

Cgrain SeedScanner
The Seedscanner improves your staff’s working environment and reduces the large amount of monotonous manual work. Staff get a more varied job and fewer samples to process. The Seedscanner has a low noise level, and has been designed to meet quality assurance requirements.
Seedscanner uses the latest technology to minimize the previously labour-intensive determination of foreign seeds in cereal samples. It reduces manual labor by >90% and reduces the health risks to workers.
The seeds currently handled by Seedscanner include wheat, barley, rye oats and triticale.
Seedscanner technology has been used by the Swedish Board of Agriculture since 1985.
